Insurance Requirements
Insurance companies vary their requirements from carrier to carrier and sometimes case-to-case, depending on a variety of factors. Exams typically require blood and/or urine. Additional requirements may or may not be a part of your required process. We make sure your order reflects the needs of the company with whom you are working. Additional requirements may include electrocardiogram (EKG), often depending on policy amount and/or age. If an actual physician examination is required, scheduling arrangements may be made.

Stuart Goldman
Paramedical and Wellness Specialist
Stuart Goldman has more than 25 years of experience in the area of paramedical and wellness. He is an certified and seasoned paramedical examiner who is professional and punctual. He is very personable and his strong communication skills and caring nature helps keep clients stress-free and comfortable.
Stuart is a certified phlebotomy technician. He cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certified by the American Cardiac Association and has electrocardiogram (EKG) certification. He has countless hours of training and many years of experience in performing paramedical and other medical procedures.
